Each player is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at 888 poker at any one time. Duplicate accounts or re-registration after account closure without prior authorisation is strictly prohibited.

General terms relating to deposits:
- Minimum deposit: RM 10 for all payment methods.

- All confirmed bets are final and cannot be cancelled except at the sole discretion of 888 poker.
- The odds displayed at the time a bet is placed are the odds used to calculate winnings.
- If a match is cancelled or postponed by more than 24 hours, all bets will be fully refunded (void).
- For in-play/live betting, odds may change at any time. Bets accepted by the system prior to any odds change remain valid at the agreed odds.
- 888 poker reserves the right to decline, void, or limit any bet without providing a reason.
- Betting winnings are automatically credited to your account once the official result is confirmed.

- All casino games use a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been audited and certified by an independent body to ensure fairness.

If your account is closed for legitimate reasons and your remaining balance is clean (with no connection to any fraudulent activity), we will process the withdrawal of your balance within 7 business days after the investigation is complete.
